At Adventure Scooters, we want your rental experience to be worry-free and full of adventure. Even so, we understand that sometimes unforeseen events can arise. That’s why we have a clear policy for refunds and returns, adapted to our scooter rental service.

1. Cancellation and Refund Window
You may cancel your scooter rental up to 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time and receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total rental amount.
Cancellations made after the scheduled pick-up time are non-refundable, except in cases of force majeure, which must be duly justified.

2. Early Returns

If you return the scooter earlier than planned, no refund will be issued for unused rental time, unless due to a mechanical fault not caused by misuse.

3. Exchanges and Replacements
If the rented scooter shows a mechanical issue not caused by the user, we will provide an immediate replacement, subject to availability. If no replacement is available, a proportional refund for the unused rental time will be issued.

4. Refunds
Once your refund request is approved (due to timely cancellation or a verified technical issue), the amount will be refunded via the original payment method within 10 business days.

5. Delayed Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

• Double-check your bank account.
• Contact your credit card provider—posting times may vary.
• Then, contact your bank—processing delays can occur.

6. Vouchers and Promotional Offers
Reservations made using gift vouchers or promotional discounts are non-refundable, but can be rescheduled within the validity period of the voucher.

7. Accessory Returns
If you rented accessories (e.g., extra helmets, locks, mounts) and wish to return them early, no refunds will be issued, unless the item is faulty.
